316L high purity tubing is the most popular, also we produce other materials of high purity tubes on customer’s requests.
Size Range: O.D 6 mm to O.D 120 mm, W.T 0.5 mm to 10 mm
Surface condition: We produce high purity tubes with surface condition of Bright annealed, Mechanically polished and EP(Electro-polished) upon customers’ request. The surface roughness can be max. Ra 0.25μm for EP tube, and Ra 0.4-0.6μm for bright annealed tube.

We have several stainless steel tube production lines, tube making units, and tube drawing units, well-type electric furnaces, online vacuum light furnaces and other production equipment. Our factory also has a Quality Control Center that meets the national stainless steel tube quality inspection requirements. Our Quality Control Center has a 300Mpa hydraulic test machine, tensile test bench, Vickers hardness tester, 500°C temperature resistance test furnace, eddy current flaw detector and a series of stainless steel products. Testing and inspection equipment to ensure the reliability and stability of the chemical and physical properties of stainless steel products.
