Steel Grades

The most popular steel grades of Ruimai Boiler pipe / boiler piping is available as below in ASTM standard & EN/DIN standard:
ASTM/ANSI: TP304H, TP321/321H, TP347/347H
EN/DIN: 1.4948, 1.4541/4878, 1.4550, 1.4912.

Normal austenitic stainless steel grades, duplex / super duplex stainless steel grades and nickel alloy grades are also available for boiler pipes & boiler piping on request.

Ruimai manufactures stainless steel boiler tubes with outside diameter from 6 mm to 219 mm.
When delivered in straight length, the max length of boiler tubes can reach up to 18 meters, and boiler tubes can also be manufactured as Stainless steel U-bent tubes.

 

Heat treatment

Boiler tubes and boiler pipes are usually heat treated in solution annealed treatment under temperature no less than 1100 centi-degree, and for some applications, stable heat treatment is applied on customer's request.
