▪ Steel Grades:
Hydraulic tubing / hydraulic pipe is available in various stainless steel grades, duplex steel, super duplex steel grades according to ASTM or EN / DIN standard.
ASTM / AISI: 316 /316L, 304/304L, 321/321H, 316Ti, 347 / 347H, S31803, S32750,S32760, 2205, 904 / 904L.
EN/DIN: 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4401/1.4404, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4571, 1.4462, 1.4410, 1.4539.
▪ Delivery condition:
Hydraulic tubing / hydraulic pipe with OD up to 50.8 mm (2.0 in.) are delivered in bright annealed condition;
Hydraulic pipe / hydraulic tube with OD larger than 50.8 mm are supplied in the annealed and pickled condition, Or in polished condition.
▪ Size Range and tolerance of hydraulic pipe
Outer Diameter: 3 mm to 76 mm;
Wall thickness: 0.5 mm - 15 mm
Tolerance: O.D. min. +/-0.03mm, WT min. +/-7.5%.
Length: Standard Lengths of hydraulic tubing / hydraulic pipe is 6 meters fixed length. Other lengths on request up to 18 meters,
